Contact Forms and why they are great!

a lot of web designs concentrate on contact forms because it help visitors send mail to the site owner straight from the website, and immediate the programme delivers it to the web owners site,

how ever contact forms can  be modified and carefully designed to make collet very valuable informations, even agreement policies can be incorporated in a contact form.

however i don't agree with a web visitor having to find a contact form before he can reach the web site owner, at the footer or header it's quite ok for phone numbers or emails to be clearly indicated
