I have been doing a couple of Interviews online since i noticed some staffs were short in Moral standards which they often extend to Clients, so i had to drop some staff and, do what's more Respectable in The sight of God The Creator and, the Man with A GOOD ENOUGH CONSCIENCE
So i started revisiting Our ads and, correcting any signs of desperation online TRUTH

so i realized i could extend the same moral grounds in my interviews for new staffs, i realized it as an idea after a short prayer.
so i ask Prospective Staffs personal questions a lot of people think business is separate from lifestyle but if you are a simple man you will realize that a man with Great principles is simple and, the benefit of his simplicity is extended to professional ethics at work.


we all know that stand up guy or Lady who is great at her job, and her or his personal life reflects it, that's so much better than the other whose double standard is a time bomb waiting to blow up.
